Eat and Be Guilt-Free! :D

It’s common knowledge that most of the world population today is living an unhealthy/unbalanced diet. Excessive sugar, salt, preservatives, unhealthy fat, found in food packagings everytime you hit the nearby supermarket. Most common reason I’ve heard: “I have no time to serve something healthy!”, or “Healthy food taste aweful!” but seriously, there is no redemption when it comes to your health. Doing lots of exercises will reduce some calories in your body (read: SOME) but not the residue of unhealthy food that u put in your body everyday for years!
Most people think that diet means: cat-size portion, plain – tasteless food. That’s not true at all. We will find out how to make your diet fun and deeeelicious :D and guilt-free of course. Yay!
Dear people, eating healthy doesn’t have to be that bad. If all, it will make a balanced diet feels nice because you don’t have to adapt extremely from excess sugar and salt to a healthy meal. Also, it ensures a prolonged and healthy life =D Human body is just like a machine: it needs a balanced combination of protective and cleaning formula to make it perform optimally. I will gladly show you some recipes that are HEALTHY yet EASY, and most importantly, you don’t feel guilty eating em large because they don’t pack much calories. Feel free to share these recipes with your loved ones, and live a healthy lifestyle =)
