Tikachu's Favorite Pizza Margarita!
4 servings, 55 minutes cooking time, 195 calories per serving

Ingredients:
- 15 ounces of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 kg of cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried red pepper
- diced fresh mozarella
- chopped basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- salt and pepper, of course =D


Preparation steps:
- preheat the oven to 425 degree F.
- roll the dough to make a rectangle about 12 x 8 inches, fold over the edge to make a border
- heat a large skillet about 2 minutes, add olive oil and tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, sautee until the tomatoes are charred for about 5 minutes
- Transfer it to a large bowl. add garlic, fennel and red pepper. crush the tomatoes in the bowl
- mix salt and pepper, cheese and chopped basil into another bowl
- sprinkle cheese mixture over the dough, and then put the tomatoes mixture on top.
- bake for 25 to 30 minutes
- garnish with basil once it's done.
