PostHeaderIcon Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Servings: 48 pieces

Ingredients:
300 ml of unsalted soft butter
600 grams of all-purpose flour
500 grams of oats
1 cup of raisin
300 grams of sugar
100 grams of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking sofa
A pinch of baking powder
A pinch of salt

Preparation Steps
  • Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Next, add baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • Pour oats and chocolate chips.
  • Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough on baking sheet (do not oil it).
  • Bake at around 350 degrees F (medium to high heat) for 11-12 minutes. Look at the bottom of the cookie to see if it’s thoroughly baked.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
24 fresh mussels
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
3 green limes, juiced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Thyme and rosemary




Preparation Steps: 
  • Prepare steamer filled with water, throw thyme and rosemary in the water.
  • Steam mussels in the steamer over medium heat until they open.
  • Sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.
  • Return the mussels to the steamer and heat for 1 minute.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, garnish to your taste.
